1. Our Commitment to Privacy
Your privacy is fundamental to the design of NEX. It is Nexavo's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may handle while operating our application. This policy outlines our practices concerning information collection, use, and sharing.
2. Information We Handle
- Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address to create and manage your account using Supabase Authentication.
- Conversation Data: The content of your conversations is stored locally in your browser's storage and is not synced to our servers in the free beta tier.
- API Keys: This application communicates with a secure backend service. Your personal API keys are NOT required or stored on your device. All requests to third-party AI models are proxied through our backend, which manages API keys securely.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your conversation history is stored locally. Your full conversation history is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage on your device, associated with your user ID. This data is never transmitted to, or stored on, Nexavo's servers. You have complete control over this data. Clearing your browser's storage for our site will permanently delete all your NEX history.
4. Third-Party Services
NEX acts as an interface to third-party AI models. Your prompts are sent through our secure backend to the respective service (e.g., Google, OpenAI, etc.) to generate a response. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own privacy policies.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NEX application (the "Service") operated by Nexavo ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
3. Use of Service
The Service proxies your requests to third-party AI service providers. You are responsible for the content of your prompts. The free beta service has usage limits, which are currently set to 100 new chats and 1000 messages per chat, per day. We reserve the right to change these limits.
4. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind. The accuracy, reliability, or quality of any content generated by the third-party AI models is not guaranteed by us.
